Summer Favorites - K-Beauty Finds You’ll Want to Add to Your Routine

If you’re a Korean beauty fan like me, then you know the thrill of discovering new products that actually live up to the hype. I recently tested out four different skincare and makeup picks. And, trust me, they definitely live up to the hype. From a hydrating cleanser to a juicy lip tint, here’s what I thought: 

Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture 5.5 Soft Cleansing Gel ( $45 ) 

A great routine starts with a great cleanser, and this one might just be my new favorite. Formulated with black rice extract and a skin-friendly pH level of 5.5, it gently removes makeup and impurities without stripping it of moisture. The gel formula feels silky on the skin. It leaves the skin soft, fresh, and balanced after rinsing off. This is definitely the perfect cleanser to add to your routine. 

Anua Birch Moisture Boosting Serum ( $47 ) 

Don’t let the lightweight formula fool you because it hydrates the skin. It absorbs fast and layers beautifully under moisturizer and makeup. It leaves the skin looking plump and refreshed. It’s the kind of product you’ll reach for daily. I’ll definitely be keeping this one in my routine! 

Laneige Neo Essential Blurring Finish Powder ( $35.40 ) 

If you want to blur pores and reduce shine without caking up your base, this powder is a must. The ultra-fine texture gives a blurred finish while still looking natural. Bonus points for the compact packaging and the mesh sift which keeps the application mess-free. It’s definitely a makeup bag essential. 

Dasique Fruity Lip Jam ( 10 Fig Jam ) ( $21 ) 

This lip jam is both glossy and hydrating. It delivers a fresh berry stain that feels light, non-sticky, and super comfortable on the lips. It’s perfect on its own or layers with other lip products. I always keep it in my bag for a quick touch-up.
