We are SO SORRY! Once we begin processing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel after you purchase your products. After that, we cannot offer any refunds. Why? The K-Beauty makeup products you purchased are shipped directly from South Korea. We cannot stop your shipment, nor can you return any products.
